Join me for an evening of bliss. We will start with an hour of Hatha yoga, think slow and smooth, ending the practice with meditation and sound. After practice we will enjoy a special Summer Ayurvedic meal. This event is limited to 6 people. Must pre-register to enroll. Please email samantha@solshine.info to confirm spot.

In addition creating some delicious dishes we will take a look at the properties of each dish go deeper into our understanding of the properties of food.
