Join me for an evening of bliss. We will start with an hour of Hatha yoga, think slow and smooth, ending the practice with meditation and sound. After practice we will enjoy a special Summer Ayurvedic meal. This event is limited to 6 people. Must pre-register to enroll. Please email samantha@solshine.info to confirm spot.

Meet me in kitchen to cook up some seasonal plates that will leave you wanting more. In addition creating some delicious dishes we will take a look at the properties of each dish go deeper into our understanding of the properties of food.

In this class we will explore the three Doshas and learn foods that are suitable for your body. Come taste the flavors of Ayurveda and learn how to cook and eat for health.
